Thermal fluid heater provides heat energy for the hot pressing and drying in the manufacturing processes of wood products. The end user of this project is a local wood product manufacturer in Krasnoyarsk Krai. During hot pressing section, the temperature needs to reach 220°C-250°C. Furthermore, hot pressing section consumes 90% of the total heat source amount. In this case thermal fluid heater is really suitable for this manufacturer, which can reach 350°C with a low pressure. Thermal fluid heater is generally used in our wood product industry. Under 250°C high temperature, thermal fluid heater pressure is 0.8MPa, but even 2.5MPa steam boiler can just reach 225°C.
